Our story
Aerio Partners was founded by Riley and Jorden with a clear conviction: businesses deserve better when it comes to hiring. After years in executive recruiting, they saw the same patterns — talented people being overlooked because of geography, companies paying too much for mediocre staffing agencies, and a hiring process that felt broken from both sides.
Aerio Global was born from that frustration. By applying the vetting standards of executive search to global talent markets — the Philippines, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and South Africa — we created a model where businesses get exceptional people at a fraction of the cost, and professionals get meaningful careers with fair compensation.
Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, our team operates across time zones to source, screen, and place the top 0.5% of candidates we evaluate. Every hire reflects 15 years of recruiting expertise distilled into a process built for the modern, distributed workforce.
